La Plaza Internship
Department Description:
La Plaza is WGBH's Latino production unit. We currently produce Maria Hinojosa: One-on-One; in the past we have produced Conversations with
Ilan Stavans and La Plaza.
WGBH Intern Requirements:
- WGBH internships are open only to students enrolled in an accredited college or university.
- Interns must receive college credit for the internship.
- Internships are unpaid.
College Major Desire:
Excellent writing and research skills a must.
Skills Preferred:
Proficiency in Spanish desired but not required.
Duties include but are not limited to:
- Researching upcoming guests
- archiving tapes

researching upcoming documentaries
- filing
- other duties as assigned
